SELF CARE SUNDAY RITUAL - coming soon!

an evening of self care on Sunday the 17th November at Steampunk Coffee in North Berwick

For this event I am collaborating with Jarrien Philip - who I reached out to on Instagram, as I felt that we could work well together to offer a unique experience. I also got in touch with Cath - the owner of Steampunk Coffee to see if we could use the amazing space as a venue for our event.

After some brainstorming we came up with our theme, and our title. We want to create a serene and relaxing environment, at a time of year which is just before the craziness of Christmas time, a space where you can let go of mobile devices and watches and ‘just be’.

Let us hold the space for you while I take you through a guided meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and get creative with Jarrien afterwards making a product with Neals Yard ingredients to take home.

Enjoy a herbal tea whilst browsing some of the Neals Yard Christmas range, or just relax in the warm afterglow of this relaxed, informal workshop.
